We want all children attending our sports camps to have a fantastic time and our coaches work really hard to ensure the children have a great experience.

  Inappropriate behaviour has a negative impact  on our camps and will not be tolerated.   The following is guidance on our expectations of the children attending and also behaviour which we do not condone.   Please take the time to talk to your children and make them aware of our expectations and rules prior to attending camp.

Our policy on how we respond to inappropriate behaviour has been updated. 

• If a child does not follow our rules or behaves inappropriately they will receive a discreet verbal warning
• If there is second instance of similar behaviour in the same day the child will receive a discreet yellow card which will remain live for the duration of the current holidays. 
• If a third instance of inappropriate behaviour occurs at any point during the current holidays the child will receive a fianl yellow card and will not be allowed to return to the current sports camps.  Any pre booked camps for that child will be cancelled and a refund issued.

Sports Camp Rules.

• No swearing, bullying or aggressive behaviour towards any child or member of staff.
• Listen to the coaches at all times and follow any instructions given.
• All children must stay within the area where the current activity is taking place.
• Toilet breaks are planned, and children will be chaperoned to use the facilities at set times during the day.
• Devices such as mobile phones are not permitted at sports camps, if a child or parent needs to make contact during they day they can do so via the agility landline (01904340495) or message the onsite mobile (07742734538)
• No treats can purchased during the day however pocket money can be spent at the end of the day under the supervision of a coach or parent.
• All children should be fit and well to attend sports camps, any child with sickness or diarrhoea must be 48 hours clear before attending sports camp.
