We run both adult only and family yoga classes at Agility in our studio space.
All of the adult classes are at quiet times when the Agility obstacle park is closed. See class times below.
Adult only classes running Tuesday's and Thursday's 7pm at Sundays 9am.
Single classes can currently be booked at a introductory price of £8.95 per class.
For further discounts book a block of 6 classes, fully flexible choose a different day each week if you wish.

We run classes every week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday . Our classes focus developing balance, coordination strength and of course Agility through a series of games and challenges both in our training studio and on our obstacle courses. This includes:
Awards Programme - Designed to assist our students in recognising their achievements, this includes areas of physical development including agility, balance, movement, technical skills, strength as well as commitment.

We have a number of students who have made great strides on their physical development, in order for them to progress even further we will be launching an advanced course which these students will be invited to attend. Communication will go shortly on this so please watch this space.
Ninja Obstacle Training

Welcome to Ninja training.
Obstacle coaching combined with parkour style movements. A fun class that will have you swinging, climbing, leaping and jumping across different obstacles! The starting point for your child to begin developing their strength, speed, balance and ultimately Agility!
Warrior Obstacle Training
Ages 11-17
Mon, Wed & Fri @ 5:30pm
Warrior Obstacle Training is focused on advanced obstacle techniques and parkour style movements. In addition to the coaching we focus on developing core strength which is key to achieving the objectives of this programme. Warrior obstacle course training ideal for those who are confident with basic techniques and want to take their skills to the next level.
All classes have a PLUS option (£2 extra per class) enabling access onto our obstacle courses between 4pm-6pm on the day of your class.
